Sanxing Lighting Shines at the 135th Canton Fair
On April 15, 2024, the 135th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair), themed "Serving High-Quality Development and Promoting High-Level Opening Up", was grandly opened at the Pazhou International Convention and Exhibition Center in Guangzhou.
Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, the Fair fully implements the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Second Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee, and the Central Economic Work Conference. It thoroughly carries out the spirit of President Xi Jinping’s important message to the Canton Fair, adheres to the work guideline of making progress while maintaining stability, focuses on restructuring, improving quality, and increasing efficiency, and strives to serve the high-quality development of foreign trade with a renewed image, better services, and improved outcomes.
The Canton Fair has evolved into a barometer and weather vane of China’s foreign trade, serving as the country’s largest comprehensive international trade event. It plays a pivotal role in advancing China’s high-level opening up.
This year’s Fair has brought together over 29,000 enterprises from 215 countries and regions worldwide.
