Win in 2025: Together We Achieve | Samsung Lighting Work Launch Conference

On February 9, 2025, the Samsung Lighting Work Launch Conference was grandly held at the Intelligent Manufacturing Base in Qihe, Shandong. Jia Yan, Supervisor Chairman of Shouxing Group, Duan Xueli, Rotating President, together with the Samsung Lighting management team and all staff members from various departments, gathered to jointly usher in a new chapter for the Year of the Snake.

Jia Yaqiang, Chairman of the Group, stated that the Group adheres to people-oriented cultural development, respects labor and talents, and through core systems including the cyclic three-three system, tenure system and investment measures, fully respects the value of labor, stimulates employees' potential, maintains the Group’s innovation capability and competitiveness at all times, and achieves the win-win situation and unity of group value and individual value.

Jia Yan, Supervisor Chairman of the Group, emphasized two core requirements. Duan Xueli, Rotating President of the Group, pointed out that every employee should love their own position, products, company, industry and motherland. Mr. Liu Yong of Samsung Lighting delivered a report on the company’s 2024 work summary and 2025 work plan, proposing that the core priorities for 2025 are "expanding revenue streams, cutting costs, boosting performance, enhancing efficiency, and increasing profits". He emphasized that labor productivity, cash flow and employee salaries are the key tasks for 2025, and stressed that the achievement of performance targets will be guaranteed through concrete measures across the four dimensions of revenue expansion, cost reduction, efficiency improvement and expenditure control.

The drums of expedition have sounded; the passionate warriors are fully geared up. No regrets for the moves we make, and we will deliver on our mission without fail. Let us take concrete actions to achieve extraordinary feats and prove our worth with outstanding performance. Sanxing Lighting hereby signs the Target Responsibility Agreement with the Group.
