SanXing Lighting was awarded the First Prize of the Beijing Lighting Awards.
Recently, the grand award ceremony of the 2024 Beijing Lighting Awards was held in Beijing, aiming to recognize enterprises and projects that have achieved outstanding results in the lighting field, promote the innovation and application of lighting technologies, and improve the quality of urban lighting.
With its outstanding performance in the Zhoushan Dinghai Ecotourism Belt project and the green, energy-saving and intelligent innovation renovation project for urban street lamps in Baotou, Sanxing Lighting’s lighting products were awarded the First Prize and Excellence Award of the 2024 Beijing Lighting Awards.
Zhoushan Dinghai Five Mountains
For the Landscape Lighting Project of the Five Mountains Ecotourism Belt (Wushan Park Greenway) in Dinghai, Zhoushan, Zhejiang, our company adopted the customized smart landscape garden lights, namely Radiant Years, Future Journey, Ode to Dinghai and Vibrant Era, helping to build an urban green corridor integrating cultural tourism, ecology, slow travel and smart functions.
In terms of appearance design, our in-house original design team fully grasped the core objective of the project. By exploring the unique historical, cultural, geographical and developmental elements of Zhoushan, and integrating them with modern aesthetic styles, the team perfectly fused the industrial design of the lamps with local cultural characteristics. This approach materializes Zhoushan’s urban culture and facilitates the development of the city’s cultural tourism sector.
The Dinghai Five Mountains Ecological Greenway stretches approximately 21 kilometers, equipped with 588 smart lamp poles in total. These poles are integrated with a variety of smart terminals, including intelligent lighting, video surveillance, one-touch emergency alarm, patrol management, wireless charging, environmental monitoring and network audio columns. Combined with our independently developed Star Core 3.1 Smart Lamp Pole Management Platform, the system enables smart and digital management of the park, improving operational efficiency and reducing management costs.
The Star Core 3.1 Smart Lamp Pole Management Platform features four key technical advantages summarized as “Multi-connection, High-efficiency, Superior-performance, Cost-saving”. It supports the access of massive devices, enables rapid device commissioning, realizes real-time data updates, cuts down construction costs and enhances operation and maintenance efficiency, providing a strong impetus for smart city development.
Intelligent Renovation of Urban Street Lamps in Baotou
For the green, energy-saving and intelligent innovation renovation project of urban street lamps in Baotou, Sanxing Lighting adopted its proprietary LED glass modules MPL100 and MPL200. On the premise of maintaining the original illuminance of existing road lamps and meeting the urban lighting requirements, Samxing Lighting collaborated closely with relevant authorities to replace the high-pressure sodium lamp sources of current road lamps with high-brightness, high-color-rendering-index and low-power-consumption LED glass modules. Meanwhile, smart control modules with adjustable power were added to reduce the rated power of street lamps, improve their luminous efficiency, further cut down power consumption and save operation costs. This transformation achieves the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction, making urban street lamps brighter, more comfortable and more energy-efficient.
The specific results of energy conservation and consumption reduction are as follows: replacing a 400W high-pressure sodium lamp with a 180W LED lamp can reduce annual power consumption by 803 kWh per lamp, save 385 yuan in electricity fees and cut coal consumption by 0.08 tons; replacing a 250W high-pressure sodium lamp with a 120W LED lamp can reduce annual power consumption by 474 kWh per lamp, save 228 yuan in electricity fees and decrease coal consumption by 0.05 tons.
The green, energy-saving and intelligent innovation renovation project of street lamps in Baotou can save approximately 1 million yuan in electricity fees annually and reduce carbon emissions by around 2,088 tons. By 2025, the energy-saving rate of Baotou's urban lighting facilities will exceed 50%, with operation and maintenance costs, electricity expenses and carbon emissions set to be further reduced.
