A We use high-quality LED chips and optimized heat dissipation design to ensure low light decay and long lifespan. Under standard operating conditions, most of our LED products have an expected service life of over 50,000 hours. The actual service life is affected by factors such as the operating environment (temperature and humidity), power supply quality, and switching frequency.

Q How is the heat dissipation performance of your LED lamps? How is this guaranteed?

A Excellent heat dissipation is key to the long life of LEDs. We employ an optimized structural design to maximize heat dissipation area and optimize air circulation. We use die-cast and extruded aluminum, both highly thermally conductive materials. Advanced manufacturing processes ensure close contact between the heat sink and the light source, minimizing thermal resistance. Rigorous thermal management testing, including thermal simulations and field measurements during the product development phase, ensures that key components (LED chips and power supplies) operate within safe temperature ranges.
