Brightness can be set to 20%–50% in the late night or early evening when traffic is low, and 50%–100% during evening peak hours or the early night when traffic is heavy. As solid waste treatment is highly sensitive to weather conditions, the environmental monitoring system can collect real-time data including temperature, humidity, dust, PM2.5 and other meteorological parameters. After calculation and processing via the StarCore 3.0 platform, the results are sent to managers instantly.
