Taian Baolailai Entrepreneurship Incubation Park is a comprehensive eco-technological industrial park integrating office, production, warehousing, residential and leisure functions. With the construction theme of "Eco + Technology + Sharing", it realizes intelligent park management, resource sharing, and green ecological development.
Our company, in close alignment with the park’s core construction theme, has custom-designed a new generation of smart landscape streetlights named "Corolla" for the project. Drawing inspiration from lilies, the lamp adopts a modern and minimalist design approach to outline elegant petal lines. By integrating ambient night lights with hollowed-out floral textures, it presents a striking modern aesthetic, exuding a strong sense of fashion, technology, and high-end elegance. Endowed with remarkable vitality, the streetlight perfectly aligns with the incubation park’s mission, embodying a vibrant, dynamic, and thriving atmosphere.
As a comprehensive park integrating office, production and living functions, Taian Baolailai Entrepreneurship Incubation Park features diverse usage types and complex management needs. To address this challenge, the "Corolla" streetlight is equipped with pre-reserved interfaces for smart terminal devices, laying a solid foundation for the park’s intelligent management and future expansion.
Equipped with multiple smart modules, it offers versatile services: LED displays can broadcast real-time information, municipal promotions, and commercial advertisements; network speakers deliver music, public announcements, and news, enabling users to access useful information promptly while helping the management unit boost revenue. Additionally, environmental monitoring sensors collect real-time data on temperature, humidity, and PM2.5, providing crucial references for the operation team to respond to environmental changes. For safety management, real-time monitoring capabilities reduce the need for manual patrols, significantly improving the efficiency of security operations...
All terminal smart devices are centrally managed through the Smart Pole Platform, enabling edge-linked operations of these devices. This solution significantly enhances management efficiency, reduces operational costs for the competent authorities, and lays a solid foundation for building a smart park.
Meanwhile, the light source adopts a high-efficiency LED glass module. Compared with traditional high-pressure sodium lamps and PC lenses, it features higher light transmittance and is less prone to dust accumulation. This design maximizes the effective utilization of the light source, significantly enhancing lighting effects. Additionally, it boasts a low failure rate, effectively reducing maintenance costs for the competent authorities. With lower energy consumption, it supports energy conservation and emission reduction, improves the economic benefits of park lighting, builds a green and healthy lighting environment, and contributes to the national "Dual Carbon" goals.
