As a major urban traffic artery in Dongtai City, Dongjin Road plays a vital role in improving the urban transportation network and alleviating traffic pressure.   • Higher Anti-fouling Rating. To achieve a higher anti-fouling rating and adapt to harsher environmental conditions, we encapsulate the PC lens with ultra-white glass that offers strong corrosion resistance, oil resistance, and anti-dust adhesion. The glass cover is integrated into the entire module via structural design. This protects the PC lens from contamination by corrosive substances such as vehicle exhaust, dust, oil fumes, and sulfur dioxide, significantly improves the luminous flux maintenance rate, extends the service life of the LED module, and eliminates maintenance costs incurred by regular PC lens surface cleaning.

  • IP67 Dust and Waterproof. DesignThe dust and waterproof design combines the glass cover and the module tightly using a snap-fit and adhesive bonding process, achieving an IP67 dust and waterproof rating. A breather is installed in the light source chamber to balance the air pressure difference between the chamber and the atmosphere. This prevents negative pressure buildup inside the sealed chamber when the LED module cools down after being turned off, which could otherwise draw moisture through weak sealing points. Meanwhile, air circulation eliminates fogging and condensation inside the chamber caused by humid weather.

  • Excellent Heat Dissipation Structure. The module features a die-cast aluminum alloy heat sink with an optimized finned structure. Heat from the LED chips is transferred through the aluminum substrate and a thin layer of thermal grease to the heat sink, and then dissipated via natural air convection. The large heat dissipation area and efficient structural design ensure the module operates stably over the long term.

  • Enhanced Safety Performance. The module is equipped with a highly transparent flame-retardant PC lens, which is further protected by ultra-white tempered glass that inherently provides safety benefits. To prevent the glass from falling off due to unforeseen factors, stainless steel safety clips are installed in addition to glass adhesive bonding, effectively preventing glass detachment.

  • High Light Transmittance. The module adopts a high-transparency PC lens with a light transmittance of up to 92%, featuring flame retardancy, UV resistance, high toughness, and impact resistance. The ultra-white tempered glass minimizes luminous flux attenuation with high visible light transmittance and excellent clarity—the 3.2mm-thick glass achieves a visible light transmittance of over 96%.

  • Superior Light Distribution Performance. The light distribution design adopts a dual-focus concept that balances brightness and illuminance. This design better meets the visual comfort requirements of pedestrians and complies with national road lighting design standards.

  • High Compatibility with LED Chips. Cost-effective 3030 LED chips and high luminous efficiency 5050 LED chips can be selected according to specific requirements.
