Compared to grid-powered lights of the same specification, each unit can save approximately 262 kWh of electricity annually, reduce electricity costs by about 236 RMB, and lower carbon emissions by around 0.2 tons. These benefits significantly reduce municipal operation costs, enhance the living environment, and serve as a model for building modern, harmonious, and civilized rural communities.
High-Efficiency All-in-One Design
The Xingrui All-in-One Solar IoT Street Light features a modern minimalist design suitable for various road levels. The solar panel is seamlessly embedded within the pole structure, offering an aesthetically pleasing appearance aligned with contemporary design standards. The integrated panel design also maximizes exposure angles throughout the day and across seasons, ensuring optimal solar energy absorption and efficient energy conversion for reliable lighting performance.
The lamp uses monocrystalline silicon panels encapsulated with low-iron tempered glass and TPT material, which are dust-resistant, highly transparent, and anti-aging, achieving a solar conversion efficiency of up to 21%. The power system is based on high-performance lithium batteries capable of operating in extreme temperatures ranging from -30°C to +60°C, with high current charge/discharge capacity and a discharge rate up to 1C, ensuring stable operation in both cold and hot climates.
Smart Control, On-Demand Lighting
Equipped with Sanxing Lighting's MPPT smart controller, the system dynamically adjusts solar energy conversion and storage efficiency. It tracks the panel’s maximum power point in real time to ensure optimal power conversion. Compared to traditional controllers, this boosts charging efficiency by 15–20% under equal power conditions. Even under low-light or cloudy conditions, the controller maintains battery charging. When fully charged, it provides trickle charging to prevent overcharging and ensure battery life longevity.
The MPPT controller also supports intelligent light management, adjusting lighting schedules and brightness levels based on pedestrian traffic, vehicle flow, time periods, and sunlight conditions. This enables on-demand lighting, ensuring continuous operation even during extended periods of rain or low sunlight.
